Title: Taking Him Down (Wilinski’s, Book 2)
Author: Meg Maguire
Rules of the Ring… No unsportsmanlike conduct
Matchmaker Lindsey Tuttle always thought Rich Estrada was a whole lot of sexy. What’s not to lust after? He’s a gorgeous, flirty mixed martial arts fighter. When they find themselves heating up during an unexpected-and super-intense-make-out session, Lindsey is ready…until Rich ends it with no explanation.
Now it’s almost a year later, and Rich has a broken foot, which means a frustrating recovery back in Boston before his next fight. But this could be the perfect time for a rematch with a sexy little matchmaker….
And minimal clothing!
There’s no denying the chemistry between them. It’s full-contact, no-holds-barred attraction…and only one can be on top!
Welcome back to Wilinski’s Fight Academy! Got your shorts? Mouth guard? Hands wrapped and gloves secured? Then let’s go!
If you read Making Him Sweat, you’ve already met Rich Estrada – rising MMA star and shameless flirt. The only thing more powerful than his right hook is that Boston accent. I’ve pitted him against another familiar face, fledgling matchmaker Lindsey Tuttle. She’s a tough opponent; freshly single and more than a little skeptical when it comes to swaggery men. Good luck with that, Rich.
These stories have been a blast to work on. I love writing fighters. As someone who practiced Tae Kwon Do long enough to realize beyond the shadow of a doubt that she possess absolutely zero bloodlust, I envy men and women who can step into a ring and square off with another person on such a primal level. I’m all flight and no fight. Probably explains why I’m a runner, not a kickboxer.
But whether you’re a wuss like me or a total badass, I hope you’ll enjoy! And if you close this book wanting more, keep an eye out for the next story in the series, Driving Him Wild, in which Wilinski’s very first female trainer goes head-to-head with the absolute worst electrician ever licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
